101 in 1001

As I mentioned in my previous post about lessons I learned in 2015, I spent the past four years making my whole life about other people. It's a really bad habit that I'm determined to break, so I decided that 2016 is going to be all about me. (I mean, I'm the sun, right?) But making a list of resolutions for 2016 didn't feel right. I always start the year off determined to do the same things every single year, like 'lose weight' or 'cut out fast food'. They never seem to direct or motivate me to live a better life.

So when I was browsing through my morning reads, I was really intrigued by Pretty & Fun's post about 101 things to accomplish in 1001 days. Her list is filled with various goals, adventures and ways to grow personally. And that is exactly what I need. 

I've been working on my list for the past couple of days and it's almost complete. Every time I thought to myself, "I wish I could do that" or "I really want to try that," I jot it down or emailed the thought to myself to add to the list. I'm seriously so excited to start crossing things off!
