My trip so far has been fantastic and a breath of fresh air to my everyday routine. There's just something about this cooler weather and gorgeous landscape that keeps a smile on my face all day long. I have to admit that the kid in me was so excited to see all the leaves on the ground - I just had to throw some in the air. I wanted to find a pile to jump in but apparently ticks are pretty abundant in this area... Major let down.

My favorite part about Boston is always needing to grab an extra layer for outside. It's so nice to be able to wear a fur vest and long sleeve top without feeling like I might pass out from a heat stroke in November. (Sorry Texas. I still love you.) This plaid tunic I bought from Owen & Ceme last week - yes, I broke my no shop October rules, but it was necessary y'all - has to be my best purchase I've made so far. It's the perfect length for leggings and the perfect thickness for Texas weather and Boston weather. Plus, it's only $22! Ya can't beat that, my friends.

This week, Kitty and I plan on exploring the area for cute coffee shops to work out of during the day. Keep up with me on Instagram to see where we end up!
