Getting fit just went to a whole new level of stylish.
While scrolling through Instagram during my lunch break, I saw Julia Engel's pic of three Tory Burch bracelets designed for FitBit and nearly died. I've become a huge fan of FitBit since Ross bought us each a FitBit Flex to help motivate us to exercise daily.
FitBit really helps increase your activity. Remember when you were little and you would put a rubber band on your wrist to remind yourself to do something? That's what it does for me. Every time I tap on my Flex and see that I only have two dots out of five for the day, it makes me want to park at the back of the parking lot to get extra steps in or go for a quick walk around my neighborhood.
The number one reason why I fell in love with my FitBit is their mobile app. It tells you how many steps you've walked for the day, how many calories you've burned, tracks your sleep, tracks your calories, syncs with MyFitnessPal, and so much more. You can also add friends who also have FitBits so you can see how many steps they've walked for the week. Nothing better than a little friendly competition.
My main issue with FitBit is that I always feel weird wearing it when I dress up. Mine is teal, which goes cute with everyday outfits, but not when I want to go to special events or date nights. This is why I freaked out when I saw Tory Burch made a line teamed up with them. Definitely will be preordering this for the fall!
