I actually have this quote hanging up in my bathroom so I can look at it everyday. So often I find myself saying, "I wish I could do [fill in the blank]." It's nice to have a daily reminder because the more I talk about doing something, the more anxiety I have about not doing it yet. Do you know what I mean?
What keeps us from doing the things we want or accomplishing goals? Look in the mirror and you'll see. We are the only thing standing in the way. This week, I challenge you to start one thing on your life to-do list this week. Anything. For example, I realized that this weekend I kept saying, "I wish I could write pretty." I know that isn't a huge and life changing accomplishment, but it is something that I've always wanted to do. (Seriously, my handwriting looks like the writing above...aka: elementary cursive. It's pretty bad.)
